The petitioner is working as Senior Clerk in the office of Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Agra and by the impugned order he has been transferred to Etah Forest Division, Head Quarter as a Senior Clerk to look after the works of Etah and Kanshi Ram Nagar, Forest Division.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no post of Senior Clerk at Etah and Kanshi Ram Nagar, Head Quarter, therefore, such order cannot be executed.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter.
Put up on Thursday i.e. on 4.8.2011 as fresh.
