On the next date fixed, while filing counter affidavit, specific detail shall be furnished as to when last promotional exercise had been undertaken for promotion to the post of Collection Amin from amongst seasonal collection peons under 35% quota, and further when the promotional exercise had been undertaken, claim of the petitioner was considered or not.
