Office report says that notice has been sent by ordinary post. Though learned counsel for the applicant on the earlier occasion informed that steps have been taken to serve the respondent by registered post. It appears that no such steps have been taken.
Learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to take steps to serve the respondent by registered post within one week.
List in the week commencing 25.4.2011. Till the next date of listing, interim order shall continue provided the condition of interim order granted earlier has been complied with.
