Mishra, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and states that the property of petitioner was sold for Rs. 52,500/- out of which an amount of Rs. 45,000/- was sent to the Bank on whose recovery certificate, property of petitioner had been sold and remaining amount was adjusted towards recovery charges.
Copy of the chart has been placed on record as well as given to learned counsel for the petitioner.
The draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- drawn in favour of Collector, Aligarh which was handed over to Sri S.P. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel on the last date has just now been handed over to Sri Kumar Sanjay, Tehsildar, Tehsil Iglas, District Aligarh. Let the draft be deposited in the account.
