Supplementary affidavit filed by Sri P.S. Pundir is taken on record. The petitioner has averred therein that in compliance of the order dated 22.2.2011 the petitioner has handed over Bank Draft No.407430 dated 10.3.2011 for Rs.27,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank. He further submits that according to the decree, the total payable is Rs.39754/- whereas the petitioner has deposited Rs.41,385/-.
Sri Sumit Daga, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has also dispatched bank draft to his client. He prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing supplementary counter affidavit. Supplementary rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
