Petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents 3 and 4 to accept his application for the post of Drug/ Medicines Inspector submitted in pursuance of advertisement dated 10.10.2009.
From the very nature of relief sought in writ petition, in my view, the writ petition must have rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
