When the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not at all questioning the validity of punishment order dated 01.10.1994, wherein he was placed on minimum pay scale for a period of three years. Petitioner submits that after expiry of the period of three years on 01.10.1997, no steps are being undertaken to ensure him future increments; although he has been serving with the department, but this aspect of the matter has not at all been adverted to.
While filing reply by the next date, learned standing counsel shall see that specific reply is furnished on the above aspect of the matter.
