The points raised in the grounds of the memo of appeal, it is said that the same were raised before the learned Single Judge. However, the learned Single Judge has not considered the same. From the impugned order we find that there is no mention of the other grounds raised by the learned Counsel for the appellant. If the learned counsel has really raised the grounds, he may file an application seeking review of the order of learned Single Judge.
The appeal is dismissed.
