Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of directions of this Court statement of account has not been furnished to the petitioner up till now.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that details are being prepared on the basis of computerized calculations and , therefore, there is no difficulty in handing over the calculations.
In this view of the matters, list this petition on 09.05.2011 and by the next date of listing learned counsel for the B.S.A. will furnish the necessary calculations in respect of the petitioner.
