This writ petition was filed against the recovery of dues. It was disposed of vide order dated 24.12.2009 directing the petitioner to deposit the entire amount in four instalments. The petitioner has filed an application along with affidavit for modification of the order dated 24.12.2009.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the first three instalments have been paid and fourth instalment could not be paid.
In view of the circumstances mentioned above in the affidavit, petitioner may pay the fourth instalment along with all dues by 31st May 2011.
With these observation, the application is disposed of.
