It appears that a complaint has been filed by respondent no. 5 before respondent no. 3 to cancel the recognition of petitioners' institution. The matter is pending before respondent no. 3. The relief sought is for a direction to the respondent not to proceed for deciding the issue of recognition of the petitioners' institution during the pendency of original suit no. 80 of 2004.
The Court is of the view that the matter is not arising from the suit therefore it is not cognizable by this Bench.
Put up day after tomorrow i.e. on 22.4.2011 before the appropriate Bench as fresh.
