Until further orders of the Court, the recovery by the Insurance Company against the appellant in pursuance of impugned judgment and decree dated 19.04.2007 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District and Sessions Judge Court No.13, Allahabad in M.A.C.P. No. 880 of 2002 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits security (other than cash or Bank Guarantee) of the disputed amount before court below within two months.
