Sri S.D. Dube, learned counsel for the respondent states that in paragraph-32 of the counter affidavit, it has been categorically stated that the revisionist is not depositing the rent month to month basis and, therefore, the interim order is liable to be vacated.

Learned counsel for the revisionist states that the fact stated is not correct. The revisionist is regularly depositing the amount. To substantiate this fact that the amount has been deposited in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 4.2.2010. List in the next cause list.

Till then the interim order shall continue.
