Until further orders of the Court, the operation of impugned judgment and order dated 17.01.2009/20.01.2009, passed by MACT/Additional District Judge, Auraiya in M.A.C.P. No.50 of 2006 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 3/4 of the amount of its liability awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to Court below for adjustment.
The Court below will invest the amount in any Nationalised Bank or permit the claimants (award holders) to withdraw the amount without any security in the same proportion as has been directed by the impugned award. The fixed deposit may be renewed from time to time.
