Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

In the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant pursuant to the order dated 1.4.2011, which has been sworn by Barakhu father of applicant and father-in-law of injured, it has been stated in paragraph 5 that the injured along with her son is living in the house of applicant along with father-in-law i.e. deponent of affidavit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the accused applicant deserves bail.

Let applicant Lal Chandra involved in case crime no.299 of 2010 under Section 308 IPC, P.S. Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
