Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

The applicant is in jail since 7.5.2008. The father of applicant has filed supplementary affidavit stating that the applicant is ready for reconciliation and he wants to maintain his wife (victim). In order to give the applicant a chance of the reconciliation, the applicant is granted interim bail for a period of three months from today.

Let applicant Anil KUmar involved in case crime no.206 of 2008 under Sections 498-A, 326 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Chunar, District Mirzapur be released on interim bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

During this period, the applicant would make all efforts for reconciliation. He shall surrender before the Magistrate concerned on 18.7.2011. It is open to the applicant to file a supplementary affidavit before this Court about development which may take place during  this period regarding reconciliation.
