The following order is granted:
"Until further orders of the Court, the recovery by the Insurance Company against the appellant in pursuance of the impugned award dated 30.5.2009 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.15, District Allahabad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.453 of 2005 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits security (other than cash or Bank Guarantee) of the disputed amount before the Court below within two months."
