Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
On account of sub-standard of work, the petitioner's payment has been stopped by the authorities.
The controversy involved in the present writ petition is as to whether the work is sub-standard or not, is a disputed question of fact, which cannot be looked into by this Court under the extraordinary powers conferred by Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and it is dismissed accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Forum by preferring a regular suit.
