Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicant for grant of extension of time.
Accordingly, the time extension application no. 109013 of 2011 is allowed.
As prayed, ten days further time, from today, is granted to the applicant to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 22.2.2011. In case, the applicant does not appear before the court below within the aforesaid extended period, no further time shall be granted.
