About the Opportunity
The Trademark Team at K&S Partners is looking to hire a Paralegal with 2-6 years of experience for their Gurgaon office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have work experience in the range of 2-6 years in handling work related to trademark prosecution and oppositions.
- Must know the work patterns with the Trademarks Office.
- Must have a good understanding of the requirements under the Trademarks Rules, 2017, related to applications, oppositions, and rectifications.
- Should possess the relevant knowledge to support attorneys in trademark searches
- Should be able to prepare affidavits of use.
- Should be able to independently correspond with clients with updates.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
2-6 years of experience.
