About the Position
As they continue to grow globally, they’re looking for a sharp and driven Legal Executive to join their team in Faridabad, India. Employment Type: Full-Time.
Location
Faridabad, India.
What you’ll do?
- Draft, review & negotiate NDAs, SaaS agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements & more.
- Handle international enterprise agreements with US/UK/EU clients.Ensure legal compliance across company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, HR, Finance, Delivery & Product.
- Manage contract repositories, legal risk assessments & dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Strong contract drafting & review skills.
- Sound knowledge of Indian contract law + familiarity with US commercial law & cross-border compliance.
- Understanding of SaaS, IT services, licensing models & data protection basics.
- Exposure to GDPR, IP clauses & commercial negotiations is a big plus.
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3–5 Years (Software/IT Industry preferred).
