About the Opportunity
Our M&A and Private Equity practice is expanding, and we are looking for an Associate with 9 months to 1.5 years of experience to join our team.
If you enjoy working on sophisticated transactions, thrive in a high‑pace deal environment, and are looking to accelerate your learning curve, this role is ideal for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, reorganizations and general corporate advisory matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates should have experience in legal due diligence and research, prepare initial drafts of transaction documents and be able assist the team with deal execution.
