About the Opportunity

IMS Lex Advisory is hiring Associate(s) having 3–4 years of experience in General Corporate and M&A Advisory to join their team!

Remuneration

As per Industry Standards (Negotiable).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law graduate from reputed institute and enrolled member of the Bar Council of India;
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts;
  • Prior experience in a general corporate and M&A advisory, specifically involved in due diligence and drafting of transaction documents;
  • Solid understanding of company law, compliances and regulatory frameworks;
  • Excellent communication, quality focused and time management skills.
