About the Role

LeXi AI is seeking a Legal Partnerships Lead to help build relationships with law schools, law firms, bar associations, and legal professionals across Delhi NCR. This is a field-based role focused on developing institutional partnerships, conducting product demonstrations, and representing LeXi AI within the legal ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands the legal profession, communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, and is interested in the growing role of AI in legal practice and education.

Location

Delhi NCR field-based across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.

Eligibility

  • LLB / BA LLB graduate with 1–3 years of experience (litigation, chamber practice, law firm, or legal academia).
  • A natural communicator who can hold a room whether it’s a Dean or a Senior Advocate.
  • A real understanding of how students study and how lawyers work (research, drafting, case prep).
  • Comfortable with technology and genuinely curious about AI.
  • Willing to travel across Delhi NCR regularly; self-driven and able to work independently.

Salary

Fixed base of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + uncapped performance commission. Your earnings grow directly with the partnerships you close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with law schools, law firms, bar associations, and other legal institutions.
  • Meet with decision-makers including Deans, Heads of Department, Managing Partners, and Senior Advocates.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective institutional partners.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations, pilot programs, and long-term partnerships.
  • Gather feedback from legal professionals and academic institutions to support product improvement.
  • Represent LeXi AI at conferences, legal events, workshops, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain records of outreach activities and partnership opportunities.
