SAC Legal LLP (Sandip Agarwal & Co. Advocates) is a Delhi-based law firm engaged in litigation, arbitration, commercial disputes, company law matters, and corporate advisory services.

The Firm regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), consumer forums, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.

The Firm provides strategic legal solutions to individuals, corporates, and institutions across diverse areas of law.

Nature of Internship

The internship offers practical exposure to litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial law matters. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with advocates and legal professionals on ongoing matters and gain first-hand experience of legal practice.

The work may include:

  • Legal research and case strategy;
  • Drafting of pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions;
  • Assistance in commercial litigation and arbitration matters;
  • Exposure to company law and corporate matters;
  • Court and tribunal-related work.

Eligibility

Applications are invited from:

  • Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme; and
  • Students in the 4th or 5th semester of a 5-year integrated law programme.

Candidates possessing strong research, drafting, and analytical skills will be preferred.
