Adv Dharmin Sampat is renowned for matters of Transfer of Flats (by way of sale/purchase, mortgage, lease, exchange and gift, will probate, Society Formations Transfer of Development Rights including Gamut of Laws, Regulations, Policies with regards to Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, Land Acquisition Laws, Municipal Laws, laws relating to Land Revenue, Agricultural Land Development Control Regulations etc. He is acting as a legal consultant for matters related to Cooperative Societies as well as for Stamp Duty and Re-development. He also specializes in animal advocacy. His love for animals is greater than his love for humans and hence he takes a lot of cases for Cruelty against Animals pro bono.

 

About the Opportunity

  • For Interns: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include working on researching, drafting various agreements. The interns would also be exposed to technical and practical aspects of Courts. Fieldwork to various municipal offices.
  • For Advocates: Drafting a petition from scratch and filing it in a Court of Law.

Who can apply

Applicants who are willing to work physically in the office.

 

Salary/Stipend (If Any) 

  • For interns: Rs. 3,500/-
  • For advocates: The same will be discussed during the interview.

 

Duration of Internship 

Minimum commitment is for a three-month period including a one week trial period.
