About the Organiser
TheRashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University’s Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law was established in the year 1925 and has successfully completed 100 years of its existence in devout pursuit of the cause of legal education and all the high aims and values attached to it. It stands with pride as being one of the oldest institutes imparting Legal Knowledge in India.
At Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, the emphasis is on the overall development of personalities of the law students with value education. With the motto of producing lawyers who are socially sensitive with high moral values. The college has always taken the lead in spreading general awareness among the citizens, providing education to the masses on very essential topics.
About the Online Symposium
The National Online Symposium, scheduled for March 15, 2025 is being organised by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University’s Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law as a part of its centenary year celebrations for the promotion of consumer rights and its awareness among the general public.
The symposium organised by this premier institution shall focus on a large array of issues on Consumer Protection with the theme ‘A just transition to Sustainable lifestyles’, emphasizing the need to empower consumers to adopt sustainable living practices in an equitable way. This is the theme for the World Consumer Rights Day 2025. This theme is also in consonance with college’s commitment towards sustainable value education and spreading important knowhows among the members of the society.
Please find attached the brochure of the event with details of the Symposium. The participation link for this virtual symposium to be held on 15th March 2025, shall be provided to each registered participant after the payment of the registration fees.
