About the Competition
The moot proposition revolves around constitutional, environmental, and regulatory challenges concerning the Aranya Green Hydrogen Corridor (AGHC) project. The problem raises significant questions relating to:
Environmental clearances and impact assessments
Judicial review of regulatory decisions
Article 21 rights (life, livelihood, dignity)
Sustainable development and inter-generational equity
Corporate and State accountability in environmental governance.
