Lawyers Collective seeks to recruit a legal officer for the HIV/AIDS Unit in New Delhi. The job profile includes excellent opportunities for drafting, filing and making appearances at various patent controllers’ offices for pre and post grant patent oppositions.
The post is open to entry level professionals as well as those having upto 2 to 3 years of experience in the field pharmaceutical patent law.
A degree in law and in organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry or related fields or a combined degree in either of these fields with law is essential.
Remuneration is open to negotiation.
