About the Opportunity
S.B. Jain & Associates is looking for a dedicated Litigation Associate/ Assessment Intern to join their dynamic dispute resolution practice.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 0-1 year experience OR candidates who have completed all semesters and are eligible for a full-time assessment internship may also apply.
- Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, written statements, applications, replies, and other litigation documents.
- Familiarity with deposition procedures, evidence rules, and overall court practice.
- Experience working with Courts, including District Courts, Tribunals, High Courts, and exposure to the Supreme Court will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Research skills for analyzing legal precedents and cases
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under deadlines
