About the Opportunity

Chamber of Advocate Sahil Singla is looking for a legal associate to join their litigation practice covering the Punjab & Haryana High Court and Tricity District Courts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting: Preparing legal notices, petitions, and applications for civil, commercial, and family law matters.
• Research: Conducting case law research, including comparative analysis of legacy codes and the BNS/BNSS/BSA.
• Litigation Support: Assisting in court appearances and managing filings across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B/BA.LLB,LLM with 1–2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong command over Civil Procedure and Drafting.
• Familiarity with the new Indian legal framework (BNS/BNSS/BSA).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.
• Must possess own vehicle.
