About the Opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDA and SOW.
• Ensure that contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in developing and maintaining a contract management system to track and monitor contract status and renewals
• Assist in the review and revision of existing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and contract terms and conditions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required
• Conduct legal research on assigned topics.
• Draft & assist in designing standard contract templates with different versions to accommodate varying business scenarios
• Analyses contractual obligations and make recommendations on proposals, contract language and terms, conditions and assumptions.

• are available for a duration of 6 months 
• have relevant skills and interests
  • In-depth knowledge of legal concepts, contractual terms, and constructs.
  • Detail-oriented, passionate about learning and research
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of awareness to be able to face clients, internal stakeholders
  • Good analytical and comprehension skills
  • Research capability is a must
  • Proficiency in using other MS Words
