ABOUT AIBE

The All India Bar Examination, commonly known as AIBE is a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates who want to practice in a court of law. Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates are eligible to appear in the AIBE exam. Candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam are issued COP certificates that allows the candidates to practice law in a court of law in India. Without the COP certificate, one cannot practice law in Indian courts.
