About
This is a call for chapters to encourage a discussion on emerging issues of Human rights and shape the developments in a multidisciplinary manner. We encourage students and scholars from across disciplines to take up research on this topic to nurture the topic.
This book offers an incisive exploration of different aspect of Human Rights, Authored by law students, academicians, practitioners, research scholars, and experts in law, and ethics, the book provides a comprehensive analysis of how these Human Right laws are developed, deployed, and regulated. It considers the frameworks of International laws, Constitutional Mandates, Judicial Contributions and the legal challenges faced by the vulnerable groups (Women and Children) in India.
Beginning with a conceptual analysis of Human Right, the book addresses various International Law that acts as the keystones, making it obligatory for each member-state. It explores the constitutional protection ensured to each citizens/ non-citizens, analyzing various judicial viewpoints. It provides the legal framework for the protection guaranteed to women and children.
This book is a guide regarding Human Right Laws, urging readers to respect the dignity of every individual. It aims to equip policymakers, legal professionals, and the vulnerable group( Women and Children) with the knowledge needed to address the contemporary issues.

Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: Manuscript up to 3500- 4000 words.
- Abstract and Keywords: Submit an abstract not more than 400 words and key words should be part of the manuscript.
Formatting:
- Text: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, Font Size 10, single line spacing.
- Use footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should confirm to the ILI Citation
Format
- Cover Letter: Must include the author’s name, designation, institution/, title of the manuscript, and contact information (email, phone, etc.).
- Original Work: Contributions should be original and not submitted for consideration in any other publication. Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word format and free from grammatical, spelling, and other errors. Articles with more than 10% plagiarism will not be considered.
- A signed declaration regarding the originality of the work must be submitted along with the final write up.
