An Act to repeal the Bombay Building (Control on Erection, Re-erection and Conversion) Act, 1948.

Whereas, it is expedient to repeal the Bombay Building (Control on Erection, Re-erection and Conversion) Act, 1948; it is hereby enacted in the Twenty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Bombay Building (Control on Erection, Re-erection and Conversion) (Repeal) Act, 1971.
2. Repeal Bombay 10 of 1948.- The Bombay Building (Control on Erection, Re-erection and Conversion) Act, 1948, is hereby repealed.
