Copy of Notification No. Ind.-M(H)-32432-H., dated Patna, the 12th November, 1955 by the Government of Bihar, Health Department. - In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1953 (Bihar Act XXIV of 1953) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules, namely :-

The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Payment of Allowances) Rules, 1955.

  1. These Rules may be called the Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Payment of allowances) Rules, 1955.
  2. For attendance at any meeting of the Board of an Advisory Committee appointed under sub-section (i) of Section 17 of the Bihar Development of Homeopathic System, of Medicine Act, 1953, the President and the members of the Board, the Convenor and members of the Advisory Committee shall be paid travelling allowances at rates admissible to Government servants of the first grade. Halting allowance shall be paid at the rate of Rs. 5 (Rupees five) only a day in each case.
  3. The payment of travelling and halting allowances will generally be regulated in accordance with the Bihar Travelling Allowance Rules, as amended from time to time.
