An Act to provide for extension of the State Financial Corporation Act, 1951 (63 of 1951) to the State of Nagaland.

It is hereby enacted in the Fifty second year of the Republic of India as follows:-

  1. Title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the State Financial Corporation (Extension to Nagaland) Act, 2002.

(2) It shall come to force on such date as the State Government, may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

  1. Extension of Act 63 of 1951.- The State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 is hereby extended and shall be in force in the State of Nagaland.
