No. A.12018/73/80-APT(B), the 18th October, 1993. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Mizoram hereby makes the following Rules to amend the Mizoram Agriculture Department's (Group 'A' posts Recruitment Rules, 1990 issued under Notification No. A. 12018/73/80-APT (B) dated 13.9.1990 published in the Mizoram Gazette Volume XIX dated 18.9.1990 Issue No. 97 in respect of the posts of District Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Information Officer, namely :
- Short title and commencement.- (i) These Rules called the Mizoram Agriculture Department (Group A post) Recruitment (First Amendment) Rules, 1993.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule/Annexure.- I of the Mizoram Agriculture Department's (Group 'A' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1990 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) for the existing entries for Promotion under Co. 12 in respect of the posts of District Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Information Officer, the following provisions shall be substituted. -
"Promotion : From SDAO/SMS or Officers holding analogous posts in Agriculture Department with 5 years regular service in the grade."
