Government of Bihar, Finance Department, Notification No. 3A-02PR-18/ 2009-7549, dated 13/07/2010. - In exercise of powers conferred under Proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to repeal the Bihar State Employees Conditions of Service (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Rules, 2003 (as amended from time to time):-
- Short title, extent and commencement.- (i) These Rules may be called the Bihar State Employees Conditions of Service (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Repeal Rules, 2010.
(ii) It shall come into force with effect from 1.1.2009.
- (i) The Bihar State Employees Conditions of Service (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Rules, 2003 (as amended from time to time) is hereby repealed.
(ii) Notwithstanding this repeal, the action taken under Bihar State Employees Conditions of Service (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Rules, 2003 (as amended from time to time) up to 31.12.2008 shall be legally recognized. Such Financial Progression if due up to 31.12.2008 under the said Rules to the any employee, shall be sanctioned. Further more the Pay promotion under repealed A.C.P. rules will be available in between 31.12.2008 and the date of this repeal Rules is made effective.
