G.O.Ms. No. 114, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (C1), 5thJuly, 2017. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act 1983 (Act No. 5 of 1983), in supersession of the earlier rules regarding preparation of seat matrix and the selection procedure for admission into MBBS & BDS Courses in the Competent Authority quota, the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the rules for preparation of seat matrix and the selection procedure for admission into MBBS & BDS Courses under the Competent Authority Quota:-
- These rules may be called the Telangana Medical & Dental Colleges Admission, (Admission into MBBS & BDS Courses) Rules, 2017.
- Definitions.- (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires;
(i) "Act" means the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 ( Act. No 5 of 1983).
(ii) "Competent Authority" means the Vice-Chancellor, KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal.
(iii) "Committee for admissions" means the Committee constituted by the Competent Authority to select and make allotment of candidates to Professional Institutions offering Medical and Dental Courses in the State for admissions in accordance with the provisions laid down".
(iv) "Common Entrance Test" means, NEET will be the basis for admission of the candidates for admission in to I-Year MBBS/BDS in various Government, Un-aided' Non-Minority & Minority Medical/Dental Colleges in the State.
(v) "Competent Authority Seats" means the seats earmarked from out of the sanctioned intake of seats in MBBS/BDS Courses in each College to be filled by the Committee for Admissions constituted by the Competent Authority.
(vi) Neet ranking based Management seats means the seats earmarked from the sanctioned intake of the seats in each course to be filled by the Committee for admissions constituted by the Competent Authority.
(vii) "Management Seats" means the seats earmarked from the sanctioned Intake of seats in each' course to be filled in the manner as prescribed by the Government towards Management quota.
(viii) "Inspecting Authority'' means the seats Authority appointed by the Competent Authority for inspecting and scrutinizing the admissions of the candidates made in the Un-aided- Non-Minority & Minority Professional Institutions.
(ix) "Institutions" means, unless otherwise specifically mentioned all the Un-aided Minority & Non-Minority Professional Colleges imparting Professional Education in Medical and Dental Courses.
(2) Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Telangana Educational Institutions Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee Act, 1983 (A.P. Act 5 of l983):unless otherwise defined by Government in Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department or by the Competent Authority.
- Eligibility Criteria for Admission.- Admission Into various courses in different Professional Educational Institutions shall be -governed by the rules of admission prescribed herein. The Eligibility criteria for admission into Medical and Dental Courses shall be as-mentioned below.
(a) Nationality and Domicile: The candidates should be Indian Nationals (or) Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card holder and should satisfy Local, Non-Local status requirement as laid down to the Andhra Pradesh Education institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as amended in G.O. (P)No. 646 Education (W) Department, dated ,10.07.1979.
(b) The above clause (a) Nationality and Domicile is not applicable for the category - C seats filled by the Management.
(c) Age Limit: Candidates should have completed the age of seventeen years on or before 31thDecember of the year of admission.
(d) Educational Qualifications: The Candidates should pass two years Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry/Botany, Zoology and English individually, and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates, belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
- Number of Seats.- The number of seats under competent authority in MBBS & BDS Courses to be filled as per merit from the candidates who have qualified in NEET held by the Government of India for that year and following the rules of reservation, in each Medical & Dental Colleges shall be notified before counseling.
- Reservations.- (a) 15% of seats in each course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste.
(b) 6%, of seats in each course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes.
(c) 29% of the total number of seats notified shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Backward Class, as follows.
Group-A - 7%
Group-B - 10%
Group-C- 1%
Group-D - 7%
Group-E - 4%
Candidates claiming admission under reserved category (SC, ST, BC) should submit all the relevant original certificates in person to the respective verification officers from the Departments of SC, ST, BC Welfare respectively without fail at the notified time of verification of certificates. Otherwise their claim for reservation category will not be considered. The decision of concerned verifying officer is final for confirming the validity of caste certificate.
The Commissioner/Director, SC, ST, BC Welfare, Minority Welfare are hereby informed to depute the Officers to the respective counseling centers in the State/States without fail on receipt of requisition from the Registrar, KNR UHS, Warangal. The verification officers deputed shall attend duties continuously at the counseling centre as per schedule, without fail. TA, DA and Honorarium will be paid by the University.
(d) 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates in non-state wide institutions. 15% seats are treated as un-reserved seats.
(e) 15% seats shall be unreserved in each college and reservation shall be maintained as far as possible for un-reserved seats on total seats available.
(f) Statutory reservations will be calculated on total available seats in course wise (MBBS/BDS) in the State of Telangana.
(g) Horizontal reservations will be calculated on total seats available in each category (SC,ST,BC) in each course as per the percentage allocated to the categories.
III. Rules of Reservation for Admission (Area). - Seats shall be reserved for the following categories in admissions to professional courses.
(1) Region - wise reservation of seats:
(a) admission to 85% of the "Competent Authority Seats" In each course shall be reserved for the local candidates and the remaining 15 % of the "Competent Authority seats "shall be un reserved seats as specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations, and Admissions) Order, 1974 subsequently amended.
(b) In respect of State wide Institutions, admission into 85% of seats in each course Shall be reserved for the candidates belonging to three local areas in the State specified in this sub rule namely, Andhra University Area (Andhra), Osmania University Area (Telangana) and Sri Venkateswara University .area (Rayalaseema) In the ratio of 42:36:22 respectively and v the balance of 15% seats shall" be un-reserved seats:
Explanations for purpose of these Rules:
(A) "The Local Areas" means
(a) The part of the State comprising the Districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad (Including Twin Cities) Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as the Osmania University Local. Area (Telangana).
(b) The part of the state comprising the District of Srikakulam Vizianagaram, Vishakapatnam, East/Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham shall be regarded as the Andhra University Local area (Andhra).
(c) The part of the State comprising the Districts of Ananthapur, Kurnool, Chittoor, Cuddapph and Nellore shall be regarded as the Sri Venkateswara University Local Area (Rayalaseema):
(B) The Local Candidate: A candidate for admission shall be regarded as a local candidates in relation to a local area.
(a) If he has studied in educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years ending with the. academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared in the relevant qualifying examination.
OR
(b) Where during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he has not studied in any educational Institutions, If he has resided in that local area for a period of not less than four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared.
(C) A Candidate for admission into the course who is not regarded as local candidate under clause (A) In relation, to any local area shall.
(i) If he has studied in' Educational Institutions in the State for a period of not less than seven consecutive academic. years ending with the academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination be regarded as a local candidate in relation to:
(a) Such local area where he/she has studied for the maximum period out of the said period of seven years.
OR
(b) Where the period of his/her study In two or more local areas are equal, such local area, where he/she has studied last in such equal period.
OR
(ii) If, during the whole or may part of seven Consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination he/she has, not studied in the educational institutions in any local area but has resided in the State during the whole of the said period of seven years, be regarded as a local candidate in relation to.
(a) Such local area where -he/she has- resided for the maximum period out of the said period of seven years.
OR
(b) Where the periods of his/her residence in two or more local areas are equal, such local areas Where he/she has resided last in such equal periods.
(D) The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply for admission to the remaining 15 % of un reserved seats:
(a) All the candidates eligible to be declared as local candidates.
(b) Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding. periods of study outside the State or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of ten years excluding period of employment outside the State.
(c) Candidates who are the children of the parents who are in employment of the State or Central Government Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies Universities and Educational Institutions other similar quasi Public Institutions within the State.
(d) Candidates who are spouses of those In the employment of the State or Central Government Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies Universities and Educational Institutions recognized by the Government or University Or other Competent Authority and similar quasi Government Institutions within the State.
(E) If a local candidate in respect of a local area Is not available to fill any seat reserved or allocated in favour of a local candidate in respect of that local area such seat shall be filled as if it has been un-reserved, in the orders of ranking assigned in the Common Merit List,
Note: For details see the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions ( Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended in G.O.(P) No.646 Education(W) Department, Dated: 10.07.1979.
State Wide Institution: Government Dental College, Hyderabad is a state wide institution with distribution of 85% BDS seats in the ratio of 42 : 36 : 22 for A.U( Andhra University), O.U. ( Osmania University), S.V.U ( Sri Venkateshwara University) respectively, 15% of total BDS seats are un-reserved. as specified in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order 1974 as amended from time to time.
- Horizontal Reservation of Seats.- (a) 33 1/3% of seats are guaranteed for women and candidates in each category, This regulation of guarantee shall not be applicable if women candidates are selected on merit in each category from 33 1/3% or more of the seats therein.
(b) Reservation for special categories : 3% seats shall be reserved for differently abled candidates in each Category.
Reservations to Physically challenged candidates: The reservations to Physically Challenged Candidates shall be implemented in each category on the total number of seats for that category in MBBS and BDS Courses separately.
KNR University of Health Sciences shall constitute a Medical board comprising of Professors of Orthopedics and General Medicine Departments from Government Medical Colleges including NIMS. The candidate should appear before the board constituted for assessment of percentage of disability as per the norms of the Government. The decision of the Medical board constituted by the University is final in all respects. The University will notify the list of eligible candidates on the web-site for exercising options. The candidate should fulfill the eligibility criteria as per Medical Council of India norms as follows:
Reservation to Physically challenged candidates is applicable to locomotor disorders of lower limbs with disability between 50% to 70% as category-I and between 40% to 50% as category - II.
(c) National cadet corps (NCC) | : | 1% |
(d) Games and Sports | : | 1/2 % (0.5%) |
(e) CAP (Children of Ex-serviceman and service personnel) | : | 1% |
(f) PMC (Police Martyrs children) | : | 0.25% |
The priorities in respect of categories c,d , e & f mentioned above are as per directions issued by the Government of Telangana from time to time.
Note: The candidates claiming reservations benefits under above mentioned c,d,e & f categories shall produce original documents in support of their claim and the verification of above certificates shall be completed and priority list to be submitted to the University by the following authorities.
*NCC | - | The Director of NCC, Telangana. |
*Sports & Games | - | The Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Telangana. |
*CAP | - | The Director, Sainik Welfare Department, Telangana. |
*PMC | - | The Director General of Police Telangana. |
The decision of above authorities is final with regard to finalization of priority.
* The priorities for selection will be notified by the respective Directorates/Government from time to time which will be implemented for selection and for admission.
The Director of NCC, Telangana, The Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Telangana, The Director, Sainik Welfare Department, Telangana, The Director General of Police Telangana. are hereby informed to depute the Officers to the respective counseling centers in the State/States without fail on receipt of requisition from the Registrar, KNR UHS, Warangal. The verification officers deputed shall attend duties continuously at the counseling centre as per schedule, without fail. The verification Officers shall submit final merit/priority list in time-bound manner to meet the schedule of selection to the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal without fail. The decision of the verification Officers with regard to finalization of priority/merit list is final in all respects. KNR University will fill-up the seats as per the merit list/priority list prepared and submitted by the respective departments TA, DA and Honorarium will be paid by the University.
(g) Reservations for Anglo Indians.
One (1) BDS Seat in Government Dental College, Hyderabad which is a state wide institution shall be reserved for Anglo Indian Candidate from un-reserved seats. The candidates shall produce certificate in support of his/her claim in the prescribed proforma issued by Mandal Revenue Officer subject to scrutiny and confirmation by the Secretary, Department of Minority Welfare, Government of Telangana.
- Preparation of the Seat Matrix:The committee constituted by the Vice- Chancellor, KNR University of Health Sciences shall prepare the seat matrix for the Competent Authority seats as per the guidelines given below:-
- The reservations to SC, ST and BCs shall be 15, 6 and 29% in MBBS & BDS.
- The number of seats for SC, ST and BCs shall be maintained as per reservations MBBS & BDS.
- The 29% of seats for BCs shall be distributed as BC-A 7%, BC-B - 10%, BC-C - 1%, BC-D 7% and BC- E 4%.
- The reservations for BC sub groups shall be maintained as far as possible. When a seat cannot be earmarked for a sub-group, the seat shall be allotted to BC sub groups by rotation.
- Reservation for special categories :
(1) Differently abled candidates in each Category. | : | 3% |

(3) Games and Sports | : | 1/2 % (0.5%) |
(4) CAP (Children of Ex-serviceman and service personnel) | : | 1% |

- Selection Procedure.- i. KNR University of Health Sciences will issue the notification for preparation of state NEET based merit list, and schedule of admission process i.e., submission of online application among the eligible NEET qualified candidates, verification of certificate and web based counseling.
- Candidates have to attend with all original certificates and copies of other documents in person accompanied by Father/Mother/Guardian for verification of certificates to the respective counseling center notified by the university on the specified dates only. Proxies are not permitted. Custodian certificate is not allowed.
iii. After completion of verification of Original Certificates, university will prepare final merit list with eligible candidates among those who attended for verification as per the eligibility. KNR university will issue notification through leading daily news papers and University web-site for exercising options by the eligible candidates notified by the University for admission in to MBBS/BDS Course. All further notifications for filling-up of vacant seats and selection list will be issued through university web-site only and no notification will be issued through daily news paper. However University is directed to issue press release besides university web-notification.
- Candidates are permitted to exercise web option for each round of Counseling separately. While submitting the options, candidates have to give options for the course and the college in which they are interested. Candidates are not supposed to give option to the course and college for which they are not interested. There is no limitation for options. If the candidate is allotted seat, he/she has to report for admission without fail. If the candidate has not reported, he/she will not be considered for allotment of seat for subsequent rounds of counseling/web-based allotments. In other words the candidate will not be considered for further counseling for that academic year admission.
- If the candidate is admitted in the course as per his option, in the 1st counseling his options will be considered for admission in all subsequent counselings. Whenever his next option is considered, he/she will for ego the seat allotted in previous round of counseling in which he is admitted. Whenever his next option is considered and a seat is allotted his/her previous admission will be cancelled automatically and filled up in the same round. If the candidate does not report at the allotted college of subsequent round he will lose the seat and will not be considered for next round.
- Therefore candidates and parents are advised to take care while submitting web- based options.
vii. KNR University will issue all subsequent notifications through university web-site only. Therefore the parents and candidates are informed to watch the university web-site till closure of admissions.
viii. As per the G.O. Ms. No. 42, the unreserved seats will be filled first and then the local seats.
- Both local and non-local candidates are eligible for un-reserved seats.
- First all the OC seats in MBBS/BDS in all the colleges shall be filled and then the reserved category seats shall be filled.
- A reserved category candidate selected under OC in a college in a course (MBBS/BDS) shall be permitted to slide into the same course to another college. The seat vacated shall be filled with the candidate of the same reserved category.
xii. A reserved category candidate selected under OC in a college in a course shall be permitted to slide into another course( BDS to MBBS or MBBS to BDS) The seat vacated shall be filled with the OC candidate in the subsequent counseling treating the seat as OC.
xiii. A reserved category candidate selected under OC and does not join the course, the said vacancy shall be treated as OC and shall be filled in the subsequent counseling.
xiv. A reserved category candidate selected under OC and slides into a category seat in another college and does not join in the course, the seat vacant under OC category shall be treated as OC and the category into which he has slided not joined shall be treated as respective category seat in the subsequent counseling.
- Where a reserved category candidate slides to another college such seat vacated shall be filled by another reserved candidate of the same category.
xvi. Provisional Selection shall be made by the selection committee constituted by the KNR University of Health Sciences. The selection intimation shall be issued specifying the date by which the candidate has to report to the respective college.
xvii. The selection committee shall display the allocation of seats category wise and college wise on the University website after each round of web based counseling. Vacant seats available will be notified on University website before each round of counseling.
- The selected candidate shall submit the original certificates at the college by following due procedure notified by the University.'
The candidates shall submit required bond and shall pay the college fees at their respective colleges on or before the date fixed for the same.
The candidates who are selected and admitted to MBBS/BDS courses are not permitted to withdraw from the course after issue of notification for final round of web-based counseling by the University.
The candidates who are selected for admission into MBBS/BDS courses including slided candidates (candidates who have joined in the previous round of counseling) have to report for admission without fail. Otherwise all these said such candidates will be debarred for three years for admission into MBBS/BDS Course in the state of Telangana besides payment of Rs. 3,00,000-00 (Rupees Three laksh only) towards forfeiture of bond.
- If a candidate after choosing the MBBS/BDS Course fails to pay the fees or after paying the fees fails to submit the bond, the selection of such candidate stands canceled automatically.
- Any person who obstructs the proceedings of the counseling or otherwise misbehaves or causes disturbance at the selection committee meetings or counseling centre and obstructs or causes obstruction to its peaceful functioning shall be liable for such disciplinary action as may be taken by the University.
xviii. Vacancies after the 1st counseling shall be filled by another web based counseling on the date notified by the University in website of the University.
xix. The selection committee shall have power to review the provisional selection in case of any errors, mis-representation, fraud or gross injustice. In all matters relating to the selections and admissions, the decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding on the candidates and selections cannot be questioned after closure of admissions.
- Conversion Procedure: Procedure of conversion for filling up of left over category seats under web based counseling.
- The following is the procedure for filling up of the unfilled SC, ST and BC seats.- (a) All the female candidates will be considered for the unfilled female seats.
(b) All the unfilled female seats will be converted to general seats of the respective categories.
(c) All SC candidates will be considered next for the seats.
(d) The unfiled SC seats will be converted to ST.
(e) All the ST candidates will be considered for the seats.
(f) The unfilled ST seats will be converted to SC.
(g) All the SC candidates will be considered for the seats.
(h) All the unfilled seats will be converted to OC seats.
(i) All the BC-A seats will be converted to BC-B.
(j) All the BC-B candidates will be considered for the seats.
(k) The unfilled BC-B seats will be converted to BC-C.
(l) All the BC-C candidates will be considered for the seats.
(m) The unfilled BC-C seats will be converted to BC-D.
(n) All the BC-D candidates will be considered for the seats.
(o) The unfilled BC-D seats will be converted to BC-E.
(p) All the BC-E candidates will be considered for the seats.
(q) The unfilled BC-E seats will be converted to BC-A.
(r) All the unfilled BC seats will be converted to OC.
(s) All the merit list candidates will be considered for the converted OC seats.
(t) A seat vacated by reserve category candidates will be added to the OC category only and the seat will be filled up.
(u) The unfilled OC seats will be converted to OC unreserved seats.
(v) All the candidates will be considered for the seats irrespective of the local area.
(w) Any seats unfilled will be treated as not filled seats.
- Common Counseling for the Competent Authority Quota.- As per the MCI regulations amended from time to time and as per the directions from the Ministry of Health Government of India, common counseling based on the NEET based ranking will be conducted by the state government for the competent authority seats in all medical educational institutions established by central government/state government university/Deemed university/Trust/Society or a Company/Minority institutions/Corporations. This common counseling will be under the overall superintendence , direction and control of the state government.
- Admission Rules.- (i) The dates of admission of selected candidates will be the dates as communicated to them in the letter of selection.
(ii) All the candidates joining the MBBS/BDS course should execute the bond on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- value as prescribed signed by candidate and parents to ensure completion of the prescribed period of training or in default or any other reason has to pay Rs. 3,00,000-00 (Rupees Three lakhs only) or such amount as specified by the KNR University of Health Sciences to the KNR University of Health Sciences.
(iii) The original certificate submitted by the candidates shall not be returned to the candidates till they complete their courses of study and appear for the University examination.
(iv) Sanction of Leave of Absence Beyond 3 Months & Termination of Studentship: Every candidate after his admission shall attend the classes (Theory, Practical and Clinical) on all the working days unless the candidate is granted leave of absence by the Principal, if a student absents continuously for a period of 91 days or more and seeks permission to attend the course before one year after discontinuation the candidates application in the prescribed proforma shall be forwarded to the Registrar with the recommendations of the Principal with requisite fees. If the Vice-Chancellor is satisfied with the reasons, he may grant leave of absence attaching such conditions, as he may be deemed necessary. Candidates who are absent for a continuous period of one year or more without permission, shall be deemed to have forfeited the admission into the course and the studentship shall stand canceled without any future notice. University regulations from time to time are applicable in this regard.
(v) College Regulations: Candidates are required to follow the rules and regulations of the college and should also abide by the regulations of the University. Under no circumstances they should have any correspondence with the higher authorities directly without prior permission of the principal.
(vi) Fees: (a) Tution Fee: All the candidates selected are required to pay the tuition fee as prescribed by the Government at the time of admission. If any of the candidates who joined in a course is allotted to another Medical College the tuition fees paid by the candidate will be adjusted to the newly selected course and the tuition fee paid already shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
(b) University Fee; All the candidates selected are required to pay University Fee for the course as specified by the University of Health Sciences at the time of admission by way of Demand Draft obtained from Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, payable at Warangal or through online payment.
(vii) Closure of Admissions. - (a) The admissions shall be closed one month after commencement of course or as notified by the University/as per the directions of Ministry of Health, Government of India.
(b) Any vacancy existence as on the date of closure of admission or arising after the closure of admissions shall not be filled.
(viii) Duration of Course:(a) The duration of MBBS/BDS degree courses are for 5 1/2 years including 1-years compulsory rotatory internship .
(ix) Commencement of Course. - The course shall normally commence with effect from the date notified by University. The duration of course shall be calculated from the date of commencement of the course and shall be informed to all the candidates irrespective of their individual dates of admission.
(x) Mutual Transfers or Transfers. - Mutual transfers in any form or for any reason are not permitted.
(xi) Power of the Principals of the Medical Colleges. - Notwithstanding anything contained in the said rules, the Principals of Medical Colleges in the state may at any time before completion of the Degree course either on their own or on the application from any person after due and proper enquiry and after giving the person 2 weeks time from the date of receipt of the show cause notice to submit written examination and on a personnel hearing, order cancellation of admission to the 1st year degree course if in their opinion such a candidate had furnished fraudulent or incorrect particulars in the application form or in the document attached there to or in the statements made either before the authority incharge of admission or the Principal or in any of their manner. Against any such order of the Principal and appeal will lie with the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, TS Warangal.
(xii) Powers of University of Health Sciences. - The KNR University of Health Sciences may either suo motto or on an application made to them call for and examine the records relating to any Selection of Admission or cancellation thereof, made by the selection committee for the purpose of satisfying themselves as to the legality or regularity of such selections of admission orders as a deem-fit including the cancelation of selection already published or admission already made.
Provided the University of Health Sciences before canceling such selection of admission has given the opportunity to selection committee and to the individual effected to show cause against such cancellation.
(xiii) These rules shall supersede the earlier rules/orders issued by the Government with reference to admission into MBBS/BDS Courses in the Medical/Dental Colleges in the State of Telangana, affiliated to KNR University of Health Sciences.
