An Act to Amend the Court-Fees Act, 1870 in its Application to the State of Bihar.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty one year of the Republic of India as follows :-

  1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2010.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

  1. Amendment in Schedule-I and II of the Court-Fees Act, 1870.- Any fee payable under Schedule-I and Schedule-II of the Court-Fees Act, 1870 calculated in paise shall be rounded off in rupee.
