Rules Regarding Corrupt Practices

In addition to the corrupt practices mentioned in Section 28 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961, the following practices is specified to be corrupt practices, namely :-

(a) personation at elections as defined in Section 171-D of the Indian Penal Code, 1860;

(b) the employment or connivance at the employment of any municipal officer or servant as an agent for canvassing;
