Rules Regarding Cash Balance to be Maintained by Council

Definition.- In these rules, "Section"means the section of the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961.
Cash balance to be maintained by a Council in the office for meeting the current charges under sub-section (4) of Section 108, shall be-

(a) in respect of Class I Municipalities	-	Rs. 500;
(b) in respect of Class II Municipalities	-	Rs. 350;
(c) in respect of Class III Municipalities	-	Rs. 300;
(d) in respect of Class IV Municipalities	-	Rs. 250.
