An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Anugrahik Tatha Sevarth Nagad Anudan Samapti Adhiniyam, 1982.

Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Thirty fifth year of the Republic of India as follows :

  1. Short title.- This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Anugrahik Tatha Sevarth Nagad Anudan Sampati (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 1984.
  2. to 3.- Amendments incorporated in the Principal Act, hence not printed here.
  3. Provision for statement referred to in Section 5 of Madhya Pradesh Ordinance No. 9 of 1984.- The statement referred to in Section 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Anugrahik Tatha Sevarth. Nagad Anudan Samapti (Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh, 1984 (No. 9 of 1984) shall be dealt with and disposed of by the appropriate competent authority as if it was a statement filed before it in pursuance of a notice served on grantee in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Principal Act as amended by Section 3 of this Act.
  4. Repeal.- The Madhya Pradesh Anugrahik Tatha Sevarth Nagad Anudan Samapti (Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh, 1984 (No. 9 of 1984) is hereby repealed.
