No. G.S.R. 30/P.A.17/1887/S. 64/80. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, and with reference to Haryana Government, Revenue Department, notification No. G.S.R. 132/P.A.17/1887/S. 64/79, dated the 30th November, 1979, the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana hereby makes the following rules to repeal the Punjab Land Revenue (Thur, Sem, Chos and Sand) Remission and Suspension Rules, 1960, namely :-

1. These rules may be called the Punjab Land Revenue (Thur, Sem, Chos and Sand) Remission and Suspension (Haryana Repealing) Rules, 1980.
2. The Punjab Land Revenue (Thus, Sem, Chos and Sand) Remission and Suspension Rules, 1960, are hereby repealed, in their application to the State of Haryana.
