Haryana Municipal (Regulation and Control of Bicycle) Repealing Bye-laws, 1978

No. GSR 4/HA24/73/Sections 200, 214 and 260/78. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Clauses (a) and (y) of Section 200 read with sub-section (1) of Section 260 and Section 214 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, and with reference to Haryana Government, Local Government Department notification No. GSR 169/HA24/73/Sections 200, 214 and 260/77, dated the 15th September, 1977, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following bye-laws, namely :-
- Short title.- These bye-laws may be called the Haryana Municipal (Regulation and Control of Bicycle) Repealing Bye-laws, 1978.
- Repeal and Saving.- The Haryana Municipal (Regulation and Control of Bicycle) Bye-laws, are hereby repealed :
Provided that such repeal shall not effect, -
(a) the previous operation of the said bye-laws or any thing duly done or suffered thereunder; or
(b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said bye-laws;
(c) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said bye-laws; or
(d) any investigation, legal proceedings, or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid;
and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said bye-laws had not been repealed.
