Determining Amounts as Rupee Equivalents of amounts in Francs Under Section 352-B (4) of The Act

S.O. 2893, dated 21st September, 1973. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 352-B of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), the Central Government hereby directs that for the purposes of sub-section (1) of the said Section 352-B, the amounts specified in the second column of the Table set out below shall be deemed as rupee equivalents of the amounts in francs specified in the corresponding entry in the first column of the said Table.
