1. S.O. 3068, dated 18th December, 1961.- In pursuance of Section 176. of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), the Central Government hereby authorises Additional Port Health Officers, Deputy Port Health Officers and Assistant Port Health officers to exercise the powers and discharge the functions under the said section.
