[S.O. 3445, dated the 7th December, 1963. ]- Ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 332 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), read with the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Transport & Communications1 No. S.O. 3144, dated the 17th December, 1960, the Director General of Shipping, hereby authorises with effect from the 20th May, 1963, the Officers specified in Column (2) of the Schedule hereto annexed, to inspect ships carrying grain cargoes and the mode of stowage therein at the Port specified against each entry in the corresponding entry in Column (1) thereof, namely:-
