C.B.E. and C. Notification No. 42-Cus, dated 24th May, 1975. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, namely :
- Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Shipping Bill for Aircraft Spares Ex-bond Regulations, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
- Form of shipping bill.- In respect of aircraft stores imported and deposited in a warehouse in terms of Section 85 of the Customs Act, 1962, shipping bills for their re-export shall be presented in the form set out in the Schedule hereto annexed.
